Q: What is an appropriate tip for the captain?

A: 20% is standard, but it’s up to you and your experience.

 

Q: Can we bring food and drinks?

A: Yes, you can bring whatever you’d like to eat or drink.

 

Q: Can you help with catering?

A: Yes. Just let us know during booking what you’re interested in, and we’ll take care of the rest!

 

Q: Do you provide ice?

A: Yes we do. Each boat comes with a cooler and ice.

 

Q: Can I bring my dog on the boat?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our furry little friends’ claws are bad for the upholstery, so we have to ask you to leave them at home.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation Policy:

Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): Full refund with at least 48 hours notice. $100 cancellation fee with less than 48 hours notice.

Weekends (Friday-Sunday): Full refund with at least 14 days notice. $100 cancellation fee with less than 14 days notice. NO REFUND with less than 48 hours notice.

Holiday Weekends (May 24th-May 27th, July 4th-July 7th, August 31st-September 2nd): Minimum $100 cancellation fee charged for ALL cancellations. NO REFUND with less than 48 hours notice.

 

Q: What if the weather is bad?

A:¬†In the event of bad weather, customers will be offered the chance to reschedule or receive a full refund. (Note: “Bad Weather” indicates hazardous conditions. It does not mean cloudy, or a drop in temperature, and will be determined at the discretion of Lake Travis Destinations.)
